Refund Policy

01

No purchases on this website

SkySportPro publishes editorial information, comparisons, and external links to military action and vehicle combat games. No payments are processed on this website, and we do not sell software, licenses, or subscriptions. Because no transactions take place between you and SkySportPro, we cannot issue refunds for money spent elsewhere.

02

External services and games

If you open a game link from this site (for example to World of Tanks or Crossout) and then make a purchase, start a subscription, or download the game, you enter a contract directly with that publisher or developer. For refunds, cancellations, or withdrawals you must contact that game provider's customer service.

03

No in-game purchases through us

We do not sell in-game items, premium vehicles, or other digital goods for the listed titles. Any purchases inside those games are governed by the end-user license agreements and sales terms of the respective operators. SkySportPro accepts no liability for external purchases.

04

Withdrawing contact requests

If you sent a request through our contact form or by email, you can withdraw your consent to the processing of that data at any time. Send us a short message and we will delete the request and related data from our systems without delay.

05

Third-party support

Our editorial team cannot provide technical support or billing help for the games listed in the catalog. We only provide the research directory; operational support sits with the developer studios.

06

Contact

If you have questions about how this catalog works or about forwarding to external providers, reach us at: SkySportPro, Alfred-Nobel-Straße 9/d, 86156 Augsburg, Germany. Email: SkySportPro@proton.me.

Did you buy something by mistake?

Please contact the game's own support (for example the developer of War Thunder or Enlisted). We have no access to external payment systems.
